Na začátku jsem měl nějaký reciver Philips 5 x 70 w a byl ochoten za repro utratit maximálně 20 000,-. Po návštěvě poslechové místnosti vyhrály Dynavoice DF6. Už tehdy mně nadchly Aurum cantus Melody 103, ale výrazně převyšovaly sumu, kterou jsem byl ochoten investovat.

I'm looking for a midrange planar to replace my Coral Beta 10s, which I use in a three way open baffle setup. Midrange and tweeter (Aurum Cantus AMT 2560 / Harwood AM25.2AMT) are powered by a 7W 300B amp, woofer (Acoustic Elegance dipole) by an ancient Krell amp. Crossover points are ~300Hz and 6.5kHz, 12 dB/oct.
Není tedy divu, že si dal Aurum Cantus takovou práci s jejich zabalením, aby soustavy dorazily do vaší poslechové místnosti ve stejném stavu, v jakém opustily výrobu. Jde opravdu o úchvatný pár reproduktorů, a to bez ohledu na cenu, tím spíše když stojí pouhých $2500.

either way, i stand by my review. i think these are incredible, and i definitely want to find a pair of the floor standing V6F or V8F. who knows, i might change my whole theater to Aurum Cantus and sell the other set I have instead. really it was just an off the cuff remark and i'm one of those people who can not say no to a quick profit.
With a built-in selectable crossover at either 3.5KHz or 7KHz and output controls from -3dB to + 3dB in 1.5dB steps, the G3ST-D is easy to integrate with just about any speaker. Adds the air, speed and resolution associated with the famous Aurum Cantus ribbon tweeter technology. Highly recommended for electrostatic and magnetic-planar speakers.
Aurum Cantus makes an excellent unit that I've been experimenting with. At their best, AMT's can sound very much like ribbons. However, due to the greater width of the element in relation to most ribbons, the horizontal dispersion is not as good, and the vertical dispersion isn't any better than most ribbons.
