About the rope ascender. In the previous games the rope ascender was used to climb ropes quicker. In this game, it's only used to get through specific doors. I do like that mechanic but I just feel like there are too few doors that require it, to make that the only use of it. I actually bought it believing it had the same use as it used to and
Tomb Raider - Definitive Edition This game has 51 trophies: 41 bronze, 7 silver, 2 gold, and a platinum . They are medium difficulty (5/10) and take 35 - 50 hours to complete. I don't see any obvious way to enter multiplayer game. A quick Google search suggests that Rise doesn't have multiplayer, and Shadow only has it one of the DLCs for the game. Launching both Rise and Shadow do not give me an obvious "multiplayer" menu option. It's running on your computer, meaning if you're the host you have to send all the game data to your partner. My internet connection for example has good download, but very poor upload. Thats where the bad connection comes from.
