Apple Magic Mouse 2 not being detected via bluetooth by MacBook Air 13-inch early 2015, with OS Big Sur 11.6.2 Hello Community! Wishing all of you a very Happy New Year and hoping that you are keeping well and safe ! I request your help regarding the Magic Mouse 2 which suddenly stopped working yesterday. 1. Press the Windows Key. 2. On the Search Bar, type "Installed Apps" if on Windows 10 type "Apps & Features". 3. Scroll down until you find the iCUE 5 program file then select on the three white horizontal dots and click on "Modify". 4. iCUE will automatically begin a repair of the program. 5. Open iCUE and see if the issue resolves. Just above the Enumerator in Device Manager was the actual Bluetooth Radio device (Dell TrueMobile Bluetooth 350 I believe). Find "Bluetooth" and "Hidden Devices" (if any) Uninstall the Bluetooth Ergonomic Mouse. (You need to use another available mouse first, right-click on the device name

If your wireless device uses a Bluetooth connection, also see Fix Bluetooth problems in Windows for possible solutions. Check the device If the device doesn't appear to work at all (no lights appear on the device when it’s plugged in, or the cursor doesn't move or doesn't appear on the screen), connect the device to another PC and make sure
